Today in Leinster House: September 1, 2011

There’s two weeks before the new term begins in earnest, with the full Dáil still a couple of weeks away, but the Houses get back in business today with a meeting of the Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform committee.

A two-week session of meetings on ‘the issues facing the economy and the banks’ kicks off with the visit of the Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan.

Proceedings kick off at 10am, and it’ll be live on the Committee Room 2 stream.
