2:30pm – Foreign Affairs & Trade – Kicking off the week a day early, the Foreign Affairs committee meets in Room 3 to hear from the EU’s international aid commissioner Kristalina Georgieva on the international co-operation needed to provide humanitarian aid and respond to crises.
